It's The Little Things That Count
Pay attention to the little things when you work toward your goals. Whether you want to grow your business, lose weight or accomplish just about anything.
All these goals we have in life require we develop good habits, but of course, we aren't robots. Sometimes we sway away from what we're doing, but this is where your power of observation comes in and allows you to course correct.
Enjoy and build on the tiny victories.
When traffic starts rolling in and the sales come, make sure you're tracking things - so you can see what's working and where you can do more of that. If you're trying to lose weight, notice and appreciate the tiny changes in your body...no matter how small. Keep working to create those tiny changes because over time, they're HUGE changes.
And the reverse is true.
When you see sales slow down...if you're tracking things, it's easy to see where you need to step up your efforts or try new things. Or when you see those tiny changes in your body go in reverse, that is when you have to nip it in the bud and get back to good habits.
The longer you wait, the harder it will be and you'll wonder how you got back where you are...but the reason is because you simply didn't care to pay attention.
