Accomplish More By Doing Less

If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next...might I remind you that you have the option to do LESS? 

And in fact, when you do less...you will likely start to get MORE results. 

An online business is no joke when it comes to potential distractions and things you COULD be doing. It is designed to overwhelm you, but step back, slow down...because those who work SMARTER will always prevail. 

If you're not sure what to do next, here is what I recommend:

* Write a list of ALL the things you think you *should* be doing. 

* Prioritize those items as "must dos", "good idea to dos" and "maybes". 

* Put the "maybes" away for now. 

* Look at the "must dos" and figure out what you can outsource...delegate as much of it as you can. 

* Pick a "good idea to do" and do it 100%. 

Learn from the process and see what worked and what didn't. Throw out what didn't and keep doing more of what did. 

Overwhelmed again? Repeat the process.
